We’re delighted to announce the re-opening of the White House Café at St. Mary’s Gate in Greenwich Park.
This charming Grade II listed lodge, has been redecorated and now boasts huge comfy sofas, an activity table for children, baby changing facilities and plenty of room for buggies!
The Café’s ‘front lawn’ is the newly planted herb garden with a central fountain and benches. To the side, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the fenced terrace. The Café is bright, airy and warm – the central room with the bakery table and coffee counter and the two living rooms on either side all feature huge windows.
Everywhere you sit, there’s a view!
Specialising in great coffee and tea, we offer a choice of beans, ground to order. Each month we’ll be offering a guest single origin espresso, sourced and roasted in small batches. Our tea is supplied by Birchall whose black teas are all sourced exclusively from the finest tea estates across East Africa.
Our menu, like our Café, is small and our cakes, sandwiches and soups will change from day to day – it all depends on what John our Chef chooses to bake…and what our customers request!
