This 5 week yoga course if perfect for post natal mums and their baby.
A great bonding experience for mum and baby as our yoga teacher will help new mothers reconnect with their health and well being whilst guiding mothers to be with their babies ‘in yoga’
Suitable for mums and their baby up to 6 month of age.
