Lie Back and Think of America – A one-woman play about one English family’s life during WWII.
Front Room Theatre are delighted to bring you this critically acclaimed production, inspired by the documentary ‘Choc’late Soldiers from the USA’ for a special one-off performance. The play follows a family and their personal encounter with the effects of segregation and the Visiting Forces Act.
Written and performed by local resident, Natalie Wilcox (BBC’s ‘Doctors’, Athlete’s ‘Black Swan Song’).
Audience members are encouraged to attend in vintage dress.
This event will take place in Shrewsbury House Community Centre on November 20, 2015 at 7:30pm – 9:10pm.
