About this event:
Join us on September 25th as Greenwich Market, The Coach & Horses and Greenwichmums host a bake off style Macmillan Biggest Coffee Morning!
Come along and either bake or donate a cake and enter – if you dare our bake off competition judged by Greenwich’s own celebrity master baker Paul Rhodes. Our competition theme is the River Thames, so we’re expecting lots of blue and green and for your imaginations to run wild!
Everyone is welcome and we have plenty of space for prams and toddlers in the covered seating area kindly donated by the Coach & Horses Public House. It’s a great way to spend a Friday morning raising funds for such a worthwhile cause.
One in three of us will get cancer, and it will be one of the toughest things we’ll ever have to face. Macmillan’s goal is to make sure no one faces cancer alone.
The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer. They ask people all over the UK to host their own Coffee Mornings and donations on the day are made to Macmillan.
Last year alone they raised £25 million and this year they are aiming to raise even more.
So don’t be shy, come on down and let’s ready steady raise! (kids welcome in fancy dress)
September 25th 10:00am-12:00pm, Coach & Horses Public House, Greenwich Market.
