The Serpentine Bandstand
March for Mothers is a 5 km walk or run to raise money for the maternal projects Health Poverty Action run in the Africa, Asia and Latin America. I was hoping you may wish to attend the event and help me promote the march to local families.

What? March for Mothers is a sponsored walk/run to raise money for mothers in the world’s poorest communities; it is an event for the whole family and is suitable for all ages!

Why? 800 women die every day from preventable causes related to pregnancy and childbirth. News of a pregnancy should be a time of joy and celebration, but for women in poor countries it is often a time of fear. By taking part you can help ensure women receive the essential healthcare they deserve.

When? The walk will be taking place on Saturday 8th August at 11 am in Hyde Park around the Serpentine (meet at the Bandstand — Tube: Hyde Park Corner)

Tickets (£10 per ticket) must be bought before entering the park as per Royal Park regulations. To buy tickets please follow this
link.

If you are unable to attend but would like to donate we would really appreciate your support.

Unlike, larger charities Health Poverty Action do not spend money on marketing. For every £1 we receive 96p goes to their projects. Therefore any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

Please contact me via email if you have any questions. It would be fantastic if you would support us for this year’s March in Hyde Park!
