A total of 128,644 Royal Greenwich residents cast their votes on the 4th of July, resulting in the election of three MPs representing the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Elected Representatives:
- Eltham & Chislehurst: Clive Efford (Labour)
- Erith and Thamesmead: Abena Oppong-Asare (Labour)
- Greenwich and Woolwich: Matthew Pennycook (Labour)
This election marked the first General Election following the 2023 boundary review, which established the new Eltham and Chislehurst constituency and made minor adjustments to the other two constituencies.
Special thanks should go to those 340+ staff members who worked overnight to count the ballots at the Waterfront Leisure Centre. Along with those who staffed polling stations in Borough!
The results were announced at 4:55 a.m. and were as follows.
