About this event:
Join our herb-growing classes in the upstairs room in Bill’s Greenwich, hosted by Kevin Godby of Growing Greenwich – GCDA.
This event is suitable for: Adults only
This event costs: £10
As we look to reduce sugary sauces, salt and fats in our diet, fresh herbs are a great way to not only add healthy flavours to your dish, but can really bring out the flavours of other ingredients too, allowing for simple dishes to take on a whole new taste.
The aroma and pleasure of using fresh herbs is second to none and growing your own increases the satisfaction levels even more!
The good news about herbs is that they don’t need to be grown in a garden; almost any kitchen can accommodate pots or window boxes, and with the right care and attention, your herbs will flourish.
Growing Greenwich is part of the Good Food in Greenwich network
