FirepowerlogoLooking for something fun, interesting and memorable for the kids this summer?

Firepower, The Royal Artillery Museum, is one of London’s heritage hidden gems and provides hours of great value fun right on your doorstep. Located in the historic riverside Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, Firepower tells the story of the Gunners – the men and women of the British Army’s Royal Artillery.

Alongside the many remarkable exhibits from muskets to missiles, find out more about the extraordinary experiences of ordinary people who have served as Gunners from the 18th century to the current day.

Experiences at Firepower include the ground-shaking Field of Fire audio-visual show where visitors are put in the midst of battle as shells and aircraft fly overhead and guns roar all around, giving an insight into the experiences of an artillery gunner.

A cafe, shop, full disabled and baby-changing facilities ensure you will have everything you need to make your visit complete.

The Museum really does have something for all ages and Summer 2013 has a fabulous programme of activities planned – watch the exciting video here:
