Join in the annual children’s Christmas Lights On and Lantern Parade at Greenwich Market.

The Christmas festivities in Greenwich begin with the local school children’s handmade lantern procession and the switching on of the Christmas lights in Greenwich Market.

The procession will start at 4pm in front of the Tourist Information Centre at the Old Royal Naval College and will wind its way to the Market. The big countdown at 4.45pm.

All can join in singing Christmas Carols, meet Father Christmas in his Greenwich Grotto (Durnford Street) and shop late till 5:30pm.
