But how many of us are breast aware? Especially since we have so many stages in our lives that affect our breast health. With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, we thought we would highlight this cracking video that shows you how to self-check and explains what you should look for.
No matter what your age, it’s important to know your breasts and check them regularly.
