£25000 to £33000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) with all the right values, passion and customer focus to be ultimately responsible for the launch and continued development of our clients premier care service in Enfield Middlesex, providing minimum of 1 hour visits to private clients.

The Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) will be the driving force of our clients person centred care service, recruiting the right people and training them to our values and high standards to ensure that our Domiciliary care service, comprising of private clients is unrivalled and is talked about for all the right reasons in the local Enfield and surrounding Middlesex areas.

·         Being the first point of contact for our customer’s enquiries.

·         Meeting our customers and getting to know them.

·         Putting together a personalised Care Plan and Risk Assessment.

·         Responsible for the safe & legal delivery of the service.

·         Recruiting sufficient staff with the right values and passion to work in home care.

·         Constantly promoting our values to the team and monitoring quality.

·         Carrying out inductions for new staff and ensuring their training is kept up to date.

·         Ensuring that care is delivered to the highest quality and our customers are happy.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) who has strong leadership skills and the desire and passion to ensure that our clients service is the best in the area.

A minimum of NVQ Level 3 – Health & Social Care is essential, training experience desirable, Our client is a national organisation that specialises in Domiciliary care.
